Healthy popsicles, just in time for summer

Summer is on the way and there is nothing more refreshing than a popsicle. Now the only challenge is to have kids eat a healthy popsicle and enjoy too. Well, here is your solution, all you need are four basic ingredients. Three fruits that you know your kids enjoys on a normal day to day basis; here are some options:
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • tangerin
  • banana
  • peaches
  • pears
  • kiwi
 After you have chosen the fruits of your choice, if there is need to cut the fruits into small pieces and place them into a plastic cup. Once you have the fruit all ready pour natural orange juice, fourth ingredient, into the cups. Lastly, just place the cups into the freezer, wait for the orange juice to freeze and enjoy.
